DLF group officially launched its first ever one and only Destination Mall- DLF Mall of India in Noida sector 18. Located at a prime location in sector 18 this mall is spread across over 2 million square feet area. It indeed is a big and magnanimous mall.
Basement had all home related stuff brands like Big Bazaar and Home Centres. Ground and first housing international fashion and beauty brands. Second floor was dedicated to high profile Indian ethnic and wedding wear brands. Third floor attracts families with kids to enjoy in kids zone and casual dining restaurants. Fourth and fifth floor is devoted to Leisure Land with unique themes like 7* DT Cinemas, Ski India, Smaash and Fun city. You have to see it to believe it.
Beautiful and sophisticated ambiance well lit with designer lights and shades, this mall clearly proved through its appearance that its going to be a successful destination shopping mall.
One peculiar thing that I saw was that at each level, there was a help desk at a very prominent location that could answer shopper’s queries unlike other malls. I loved this concept. The staff was very friendly.
Launch of DLF Mall of India
As I reached Pirates of the Grill where the launch was held, an artist was painting a fabulous piece of art. His work was so magnetic that everyone was just quietly looking at what he was doing. His artwork came out to be an amalgamation of few high profile buildings of the world and The DLF Mall of India.
