Barbeque Nation

Renowned restaurant chain Barbeque Nation has initiated a new concept Kulfi Nation at all of its outlets. We have been to Barbeque Nation many times but this time we really were curious to experience this new concept of Kulfi Nation.

Ambience

As part of starters, we loved khumb makai Masala, tandoori corn grill veg, BBQ pineapple. They had perfect blend of spices and juices. In non vegetarian snacks, we relished chicken satay,  achari murg pankhudi. These dishes were really soft and juicey. Kids loved Chicken tangdi. Fresh lime soda was a delectable breather in between snacks. After snacks, we had sumptuous meal with awadhi kadhi, non spicy paneer lababdar for kids , aaloo hare pyaz ki sabzi which was an appropriate mix of ingredients and spices.

Kids relished cakes and then we headed for the most awaited Kulfi Nation stall. It was worth the wait. The staff at the stall designed multiple variants for us in many impressive and enticing fashion. There were variety of flavours like Mango, rose, pista kulfi along with Paan kulfi with Gulkand and Cardmamom Powder,Fig Kulfi with Caramel and Praline toppings teamed with Nutmeg powder and dip sauces, toppings, sprinkles, flavourings and crushes.

Buffet table

We had many varieties and the staff was equally eager to serve various designs and flavours. Kids had a gala time with multiple kulfis. We could also not keep away from the irresistible kulfis.

Dessert counter

I want to personally thank Barbeque Nation for bringing back the traditional flavours of India to limelight through Kulfi Nation.

I would recommend to Barbeque Nation chain to have a separate scheme for people who just want to have kulfi.
