Restaurant Bazaar, Zone by the Park- Jaipur

Inspired by multi-hued charismatic native bazaars, Bazaar is a multi-cultural potpourri of food, people and ideas. The menu comprises fresh salads, a warm buffet offering Indian food and a small selection of continental cuisine. An Auto stands in the corner which includes a grab-and-go counter along with some local accessories to shop. The Street Cart tastes the best of street food and the culture that comes with it, along with The Pizzeria serving classic and experimental thin crust pizzas. The A la carte menu served at Bazaar is a blissful blend of scrumptious meals including quick nibbles, club sandwiches, desi platter with flavors of Chinese and Italian cuisine.

I got a chance to dine at ‘Bazaar’ while I was in ‘Zone by the Park’, Jaipur.

An eccentric restaurant with distinctive seating arrangement having a networking zone at the entrance where people can just sit and talk or relax. Following this, the dining area begins with dining and buffet tables to provide a delightful experience.

Outside this dining area is an open air restaurant with a cart and a quirky auto having a grab and go theme with seating arrangement outside as well.

Food

I got a chance to dine at Bazaar, Zone by the Park many times. I must say everytime it was a pleasant experience. Chef Gaurav and team has done a lot of innovative work to provide culinary delight to guests. This was clearly visible from presentation, taste and quality of food. I tasted Indian, continental, chinese and Italian food there. Lasagna was cheesy as it should be and full of vegetables which were crispy and lured my taste buds. Pasta had appropriate blend of spices and vegetables which was irrestible. I just loved it.

Coming to Indian food. Dal Makhani in India has to have a peculiar taste otherwise the whole experience of food goes bad. Dal Makhani served here was  totally enticing and I enjoyed it. Chicken makhani was good and non spicy so even kids can relish it.

Dessert counter

I also had goal gappas, papri and Chana chaat! It had real authentic taste which satiated my pallet. I was yearning to have more but my stomach suggested otherwise. So, I had to stop myself. And there was another pizza treat to my toothsome pleasure.

Salad counter

There have been few restaurants where I am able to enjoy fresh lime soda – my favourite drink. Bazaar, Zone by the Park is one of them. Fresh lime soda was so refreshing that I had it every time, I got back from sightseeing etc to energize instantly.

Desserts were super tasty. The presentation was very appealing.

Very courteous and smiling staff who would pre-empty our needs. It was a pleasure to be served by such impeccably trained people.

Overall, a great restaurant to dine in to have an experience. I highly recommend, Bazaar, Zone by the Park – Jaipur to all.
