I had gone to Karma Lakelands some two years ago. Our stay at the property was so good that we all wanted to re visit. Last time we had great dining experience at restaurant On Kourse. This time also, I wanted to enjoy the same experience. This time I was with my bigger immediate family having all ages.

Ambiance at On Kourse

One special thing that I have observed with restaurants at Karma Lakelands is that they provide ample space for activities for all ages by the dining area. That takes care of all kind of guests. Kids get to run around in the lawns or play table tennis, squash or even Carrom Board.

Guests playing Table Tennis

Even adults both senior and junior enjoy such games. There is a sit out area by the restaurant where nature lovers can sit and delight themselves with the sight of nature.

Some seating is provided in the lush green lawns as well where one can gaze and dine.

The restaurant is big and provides the view of sprawling lawns and golf course outside through its wall sized glass windows. The seating arrangement is good enough to provide each table its own ample space to maintain the privacy of guests.

One side of the restaurant is dedicated to the buffet where a lavish spread of desserts, milk, bakery, curd, jams, fruits, dishes are laid.

Food

We had buffet breakfast at On Kourse. That day we had poori bhaji, poha, idli , vara sambhar, omelette, baked beans, hash browns, alu paranthas.

Like the restaurant ‘Under The Neem’ On Kourse too follows the concept of Farm to Table and follows a seasonal menu. You will be glad to know that the kitchen garden can be visited to see the vegetables that are being grown. Even some of the poultry stuff is also sourced from farms of Karma Lakelands.

We had buffet breakfast at On Kourse. It was like you name it and you get it. I loved poori bhaji, idli and vara. Sambhar was a bit spicy and it was relished by almost all members of my family. Chutneys were finger licking. Nariyal chutney was very well made. I just loved it. Other chutneys like tomato and onion chutneys were tasty as well.

Poha was very tasty. It was soft and had all ingredients to make me fall for it. Egg lovers savored omelette someone sunny side up, someone onion tomato omelette.

Kids loved their favorite pasta. Hash browns were my favorites as well. I had poori Bhaji with achaar. Can you imagine, my palette was delighted at the treat of Poori Bhaji.

In desserts we had halwa, donuts, cakes and so much more. Members of my family satiated their taste buds with ras malai in the end.

Service at On Kourse

Service was provided by a well trained and courteous staff. They preempted our needs and were prompt at serving.

All in all, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant for those who want to have an experience with food, ambiance and nature. A must dine out restaurant.
