Ambience

As I entered the grand ambiance of cafe Longitude, I got delighted at its sight ( which happens every time I visit). The whole area being surrounded by about 20 floor building with Palette Art Gallery along with quirky lights around , small cabins, lounge and seating arrangement making it a perfect ambiance for networking and personal or professional meetings.

Coffee at Longitude

This time, I was there to attend innovative coffee flavours along with creatively made eclairs with variety of ingredients used.

Variety of coffee included cinnamon flavour which I loved as it was an innovation taking the coffee to next pleasant level. Another variety included pineapple flavour. Another delicious variety was a cardamom shot named Cafe Aromatic. Thai breeze was another breed to the group. Coffee was a great effort done by Chef Davinder Kumar and team.

Latte art on coffee is a must mention. It is the most exquisite form of art on coffee which cannot be performed easily. Baristas in Longitude were masters in this art. I could see many beautiful latte art designs on coffee like leaves, face of a woman etc. It was very interesting.

Eclairs at Longitude

Eclairs were a royal showoff satiating taste buds taking me to the world of aniseeds, Jaggery, saffron which just melted in mouth with every bite I took.  l wondered what if these eclairs and coffee were not there. I was completely taken by these eclairs yearning for more.

Having tasted these my palette was too sweet. So I had to taste some enticing snacks displayed across.

Personnel attention is provided to everyone, pre empting guest’s needs. Courteous and impeccable service at Longitude is one of its edge.

Would recommend Longitude at Le Meridien to everyone wanting a space while munching delicious snacks at Cafe. Even visiting just to sip in these exotic coffee and royal eclairs are worth a trip.
