Interiors at Republic of Noodles of Lemon Tree Premiere , Aerocity

As I entered the premises of Lemon Tree Premier at Aerocity, I already knew that my experience at Republic of Noodles is going to be extraordinary. Lemon Tree Premier hotel at Aerocity organized a two weeks long promotion of South East Asian Cuisine at Republic of Noodles. To savour the cuisine and enjoy the ambiance, I was there to have an experience.

Ambiance

Another view at Republic of Noodles

Commanding the view of pool with eccentric interiors, Republic of Noodles stood valiantly in the heart of Lemon Tree Premier hotel. As per our hostess Divya Agha, Manager, communications, Lemon Tree, the signature ambiance of Republic of Noodles across all the locations in India is similar. Having a low furniture with orangish brown hint, wall sized windows covered with plants all around providing a sneak preview of outside, statue of Buddha in the middle and bamboo flora are all contemporary statement of Republic of Noodles. I enjoyed the ambiance , it seemed that the restaurant would be a perfect stop for a cozy dine out for a romantic evening or even for business meetings . The atmosphere was soothing and unperturbed.

Food at Republic of Noodles

As we settled, starters started pouring in by well trained staff. First of all, I had a soup named Burnt elephant garlic with Baby Pokchoy which was delicious. It had a good flavour of garlic. It was a thin soup. Then I had Char Grilled Lamb Korean Style which was highly delectable. Lamb pieces were soft and juicy with perfect blend of spices. The snack melted in my mouth as I savoured it. I wanted to eat more but had to stop myself as I had to review more dishes. Then came crackling Young Spinach with Morinu-Tofu. This was a great snack coated with cornflour and deep fried. Needless to say, people would love it. Pad Thai noodles with prawns was served next. I didn’t know it was prawns until I ate it. Since I am not a prawn lover, got it replaced with chicken Pad Thai noodles. The serving staff was prompt enough to re serve the dish to me. Pad Thai noodles with chicken was mouthwatering.

Five spiced Moon Fan Fried Rice

Five spiced Moon Fan Fried rice was my favourite with Grilled Pokchoy with Sweet Soya Sauce Mopu Tofu. It was a lovely combination. Tofu dish was presented in an irresistably enticing fashion. So, I couldn’t say no to it. In the middle of the meal, I ordered Fresh Lime soda mixed which was prepared appropriately with perfect salt and sugar. Just loved it. As my palette embraced Cantonese StyleChicken Thai Pepper and Tamarind red snapper, my taste buds were satiated.

Last but not the least- desserts. Water Chestnuts and Sago pearls with a little ditching flavour of coconut was a delicious dessert. My liking for it increased with every spoon I had. Then I had coconut roll. In the end I had my favourite rose petal ice cream which was luscious.

Service

Service was impeccable by knowledgeable and respectful staff. The staff was at a distance but totally apprised of needs of guests.

As I got an opportunity to also to interact with Corporate Chef Rajeev Janveja. His favourite cuisine is Indian as he loves to see ingredients changing their properties and flavour when cooked in different ways. He finds Japanese food healthy as it has less spices and cooked less leading to retention of most of the properties of food. World traveller Rajeev is also fond of French cuisine as French Cuisine can be infused with many innovations. I want to mention what Rajeev said – “Before Market gives you a challenge, you should be able to challenge the Market”

Must say, it was a great show of Hospitality by Manager Divya Agha, Corporate Chef Rajeev Janveja, Regional Executive Chef Vasu Reddy, Utsav Garg F&B Manager and Sukhbeen Singh Tara the Hotel Manager

In an interesting conversation with Sukhbeen Singh, I came to know that Lemon Tree hotel group has a policy of keeping 15% of differently abled work force.

I did not just have a dine out, I had an experience at Republic of Noodles of Lemon Tree Premier, Aerocity. Would recommend it to all couples for a romatic evening and guests for professional meals.
