Ambiance at Yauatcha

The entrance door appeared very appealing and inviting in the Ambiance Mall. From distance only, the door’s get up suggested about this fine dining restaurant. White, grey, black and silver colours blended in a stylish fashion to create a sophisticated ambiance. Low dim lights and sparkling clean floor along with furniture was telling the story of how well it is kept. Yautcha can be a preferred choice for personal time with loved ones. There was a kitty party going around.

Fresh Kiwi Punch

Very first beverage was fresh Kiwi Punch. It was fantastic and had a tingy taste which refreshed me instantly. Then came fried Turnip cake with vegetables. Turnip being my favourite, I loved it. It was enticingly presented. Next in line was Chicken wrapped in Pok Choi leaves with Sichuan Sauce. It was delectable. Although I am not much a fan if chicken is not fried or grilled or in curry, but this one was good.

It was followed by Shanghai Chicken Chive Puff which was unique in its own sense and was lip smackingly super delicious being juicy, soft and perfectly spiced. Crispy Spicy Vegetable Cheung Fun was actually fun and irresistible. The more you eat, more you want. Sliced lamb in spicy sauce was mouthwatering too. Lamb specially if cooked nicely can be a superb dish otherwise can spoil the whole experience. This lamb was perfectly made. Vegetable fried rice were bland, less spicy and marvellous. It was not at all oily. Very nicely made. Stir fried French beans, asparagus and ladyfinger was a superb combination as well.

Raspberry delice was out of the world. Coffee Mousse was outstanding too. My suggestion would be to have Coffee Mousse first followed by must not miss Raspberry Delice. You would love yourself for trying both desserts.

It was totally apparent how Chef had put his heart sand soul to create these delectable dishes. I could not find a single flaw.

Crispy Spicy Vegetable Cheung Fun

Service was superb. Serving staff was very curteous. They showed perfect mannerism while serving and offering help.

General Manager Sameep was very hospitable along with Vibhuti Sood. They paid personal attention to ensure we had a great experience.

Sliced Lamb in spicy sauce

Overall, a superb place to dine out be it a romantic luncheon, big gatherings or official discussions. Highly recommended.
