Food is the essence of India. Delhi is full of foodies. When it comes to Punjabis, they mostly talk about food and it’s joints. Although in today’s time, many new restaurants and dhabas have come up. But there are few traditional food joints of Delhi that are in public demand even today. A very interesting fact about these joints is that they are carrying forward their legacies since 50 -50 years and the preparation and hospitality doesn’t change. Food is as delicious as ever and so is hospitality. Since childhood, I am very fond of Punjabi food may be because I am a Punjabi. I relish food full of desi ghee. I am also very fond of South Indian food.Though I have started observing myself very strongly when it comes to food. Well, but there are some cheat days when I indulge in food.
