  • For your information, there are few trains called Shatabdi that serve food in the package. Shatabdi trains are all chair car. AC chair car and 1st AC chair car. 1st AC chair car have more leg space.
  • There are in all 5 toy trains in India that are specially made for hilly areas. It is worth travelling in these trains as they provide beautiful scenic views while traversing through hilly regions. However, these trains take longer to reach the destination
  • Flights operating in India are Spice jet, Go Air, Indigo, Air India, Jet Airways. Again divided into economy class and 1st class which has better leg room and services
  • Regarding buses, there are private Volvo buses and Delhi Transport Corporation Buses that ply from Inter State Bus Terminal in Anand Vihar, Delhi. These buses travel to different states of India.

Winters start from November and end in March. Best time to visit India is from October to March. Summers start from April till July. It is scorching hot then. Hill stations are better option during that time.Rajasthan is a total no no as temperatures are extremely high. July and August are Monsoon months in which most states face heavy rains and hence are off season.

Overall, when you are travelling to India, your trip should be meticulously planned till the finer details. Specially, all your airport and road transfers should be either provided by your hotel or it should be by a registered company.
