We had a planned stay at hotel Manang in Kathmandu. As we landed, we had some awesome tea and snacks. After that we headed for Thamel Market which was just 5 minutes walking from Thamel restaurant. Reaching back again, we ordered refreshing tea frtom Thamel restaurant. Next morning after Mountain flight, we returned to hotel and had our breakfast at Thamel Restaurant.

The entrance to the restaurant was good and welcoming. It was full of greenery. Wooden furniture with dim lighting the restaurant looked nice with red table cloths and nice cutlery. Ours was buffet breakfast. There were scrambled eggs, roasted bread with butter, jam, juice, milk , cornflakes, cutlets, pasta. I loved the food while kids enjoyed French fries. We had a sumptuous breakfast. The restaurant was neat and clean. There was open sitting area with small planters all around with big open area in the middle. Service of the restaurant could be improved. Serving staff can be more polite. Overall, food, ambiance was awesome!
